I didn't learn marketing in an agency. I learned it in a scientific research laboratory in Riga, watching how complex data could be translated to move a room full of non-scientists.
I spent the next decade applying that structural thinking to businesses built on trust: managing one of Riga's largest dance schools, running a boutique equestrian business in Denmark for 8 years, and eventually training formally in graphic design and brand strategy — because understanding the pattern wasn't enough. I wanted to know how to fix it. Between everything else, I still teach classes and organise dance events, which makes it so much easier to understand the problems dance and movement studio owners face.
What I realised across every industry is that skilled, dedicated business owners rarely fail from a lack of effort. Most marketing was built for scale. You leave with a detailed checklist of everything that needs to be in place for it to land, plus one month of VIP access to the full template library. Book it before you build something new. Book a Business Unpack when there is already something running that needs looking at.

Yes, through VIP Membership at €30 a month. That includes monthly one-to-one access, priority WhatsApp answers, the full template library, calculators, advanced tools, and implementation templates tied to specific strategies. Many clients move into VIP after their first session because the questions do not stop the moment the session ends.

Amber Club is free and open to all small business owners. You get gated resources, foundational templates, a community area and selected deeper content. VIP at €30 a month adds monthly one-to-one access, priority WhatsApp, the full template library, advanced calculators and tools, and chat access. Club is for browsing and learning. VIP is for doing.

Three stages. The full picture: we look at your business as it is now, including numbers, offers, clients and messaging. Groundwork: we identify what is actually slowing things down and decide what gets built. The build: you leave the session with the bespoke tools your situation needs, ready to use that week. The whole thing takes three hours, spread through different days. So their is time to build bespoke tools for you.

A little. Before your session you receive a short prep document asking about your business, your offers, your numbers and what is on your mind. Fifteen to twenty minutes of honest answers makes the difference between a session that scratches the surface and one that gets to the real work.

That is the most common starting point. Book a Business Unpack. The first part of the session is figuring out what the real problem is. Most people arrive thinking it is one thing and leave knowing it was something else underneath.

Amber Light is founded and run by Marina. Every session, every deliverable and every piece of work that leaves the studio goes through her directly. And she has the a mix of experiences that does not show up often in marketing. A scientific background in biology and research. Senior management at a dance school. Both, depending on what works for you. Most sessions happen online over video call, which keeps things flexible and lets us share screens and work on documents together in real time. In-person sessions are available for clients in Spain or when travel makes sense.

Booking happens through the website. Pick the service, choose a time and pay at checkout. We accept card payments and bank transfer. You receive a confirmation email with prep materials and the call link within minutes. NOTE: you book the time for the first part of the sessions, the follow up time will be agreed upon during the session.

Rescheduling is free if you let us know at least 48 hours before your session. Inside 48 hours, one reschedule is allowed at no charge. Cancellations made more than seven days before the session receive a full refund. Inside seven days, the session fee is non-refundable but can be applied to a future booking within three months
